About the Founding Member

The Founder, Lakesha Phillips has served the community of Toledo, Oh and surrounding areas as a caregiver for over 20 years. She began her career working for Hospice of Northwest Ohio back in 2003 at their inpatient care unit as a STNA for 13 years and decided to transition into a homecare position for Ohio Living Home Health and Hospice, where she worked for 6 years. She also worked for 1 year at the Lakes of Monclova as an aide on their rehabilitation and long-term care units. Being the well-rounded healthcare professional that she is, she decided to further her knowledge and got her bachelor’s degree in healthcare management. She is more than passionate about the level of care/services that she has been able to provide from a first-hand point-of-view and is dedicated to ensuring that those whom she employ also share in the same passion!
